Got Pets?  Padonia Village is thrilled to announce the addition of a dog park to the community.  Featuring 1200 square foot of fenced in astroturf with irrigation system, obstacle course and doggie drinking fountain.  Our pet-friendly community also offers easy access to pet supplies and health care.  Visit nearby PetSmart or Pet Depot for pet supplies or experience a day of indulgence with a visit to the Pampered Paws Salon.  Timonium Animal Hospital and Hunt Valley Animal Hospital are both located within a few miles of the community. Enjoy a long walk at Seminary Park or Meadowood Regional Park, both just a short distance away.  You and your pet will love your new home at Padonia Village Apartments!

Pets Welcome:

Up to 2 pets per apartment.  One-time fee $250.00. Rent $25.00 monthly per pet.  Weight limit: 100 lbs.

Breed Restrictions:

Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, St. Bernard, American Pit Bull or Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Dalmatian, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid and all Husky breeds
